The goal of The Mustard Seed is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the Directions for Returns/Exchanges below. All returns must be completed within 60 days from the purchase. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges must be prepaid freight at your expense. All merchandise returned will be credited using the original form of payment.
For those orders that qualified for free shipping, the Mustard Seed will add a restocking fee of $6.95.

1. Complete Return/Exchange Authorization Form and e-mail to sales@themustardseedonline.com
2. The Mustard Seed Shop Staff will review the Return/Exchange Authorization Form and e-mail you the instructions for the return/exchange within 72 hours.
